The double room here is comfortable, the bathroom is very good, and there are all the comforts plus a relaxing balcony with kind and wonderful staff.

the location was marvellous and stunning and the private parking was on-site. the personnel was really kind and wonderful, and the host too. the bed was exceptionally comfortable & room was nice.

This was my second fantastic stay here and I would come here again. The place was beautiful and nice and the staff were courteous, the location was amazing to the beautiful beaches of Marina de Verocchio;)))

The location was excellent, just a short walk away from St Paul's Church. the hotel was a nice place for enjoying a pretty quiet area. We appreciated the double room as it was tastefully decorated. the room had a work desk, tea and coffee making facilities, and television.

Really enjoyed our COMFORTABLE stay of four nights. Fairly clean hotel, and the staff were friendly and kind, location was good within walking distance of the city center. The breakfast was great, there was a lot of food to chose from.

The bed was excellent and the breakfast was amazing. We really loved the comfortable bed and the variety of choices available at breakfast. the location was perfect - just a 15-minute walk to the city center but still very quiet and peaceful. Parking our car was a breeze as well, with plenty of spaces available on the street.

One minor issue was that we had trouble finding the entrance when we arrived, but that was mostly our fault for not communicating our arrival time. The mattress on the bed was a little too soft for our liking, but it's just a matter of personal preference.

I had a wonderful time staying at the B&B and enjoyed the convenient location. It only took me 20 minutes to walk to Pisa and the area was surprisingly quiet. The breakfast provided was tasty, with options like scrambled eggs and fresh pastries. The staff, especially Carlo, was friendly and welcoming. Carlo went above and beyond to assist me, from answering my questions to calling a taxi. The front yard was a peaceful spot to relax in the sun, and I appreciated the free parking available on the street. The B&B also had a nice atmosphere during breakfast, where I was able to chat with other guests and share experiences.
